Corten Steel Penny Farthing - Metal Wall Art
The penny-farthing bike got its name from its two differently-sized wheels, with the front wheel likened to a penny coin and the much smaller rear wheel compared to a farthing (a quarter of a penny).
With the rider sitting up to 1.5m off the ground, broken bones were all too common in the event of accidents. That's the reason why we have made sure that Penny Farthing ain't driving.
This New Zealand wall art is made from the sustainable Corten steel (3.00mm), and is supplied in bare steel look. Corten steel also known as weathering steel develops a stunning patina when exposed to the elements. This patina also acts as a protective layer. The result, your outdoor wall art will last decades.
