Shipping policy

Due to increases in courier and freight costs over the last 2 years, we are no longer able to continue offering free shipping across our product range. To maintain the quality of our products and service, we will now be passing on a small portion of the freight cost to customers, while continuing to absorb the majority ourselves.

Design Junction Ltd only deliver within New Zealand. Additional delivery charges to the islands may apply.

All delivery orders must be supplied with a physical postal address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

We deliver goods through reliable national courier companies and signatures are required for delivery.

In case of larger shipments, a freight company will be engaged and a tracking number will be emailed to you after dispatch.

Design Junction Ltd will not refund any losses incurred from the customer selecting their own delivery method/agent.
