Shipping, Returns, Terms and Conditions

All Orders shipped Freight Free within New Zealand.

We aim for stocked items to be shipped within 2 working day. 
We aim to ship customised & non-stocked Corten / raw steel products within 10 working days and Powder Coated products within 15 working days. 

September - January is a busy period for us. The above lead-times may change during this period.

Design Junction only deliver within New Zealand to a physical address in North and South Island. Freight charges apply for Waiheke Island and delivery addresses outside North & South Island.

All delivery orders must be supplied with a physical postal address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

We deliver goods through reliable national courier companies and signatures are required for delivery.

In case of larger shipments, a freight company will be engaged and a tracking number will be emailed to you after dispatch.

Design Junction will not refund any losses incurred from the customer selecting their own delivery method/agent.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Customers have the right to return any good deemed faulty in nature. The following conditions apply to returned items:

  •      Where goods are being returned due to a fault, they must be in original condition.
  •      Proof of purchase must be provided.
  •      Where return is due to a fault, the customer must contact Design Junction Ltd within 10 working days of receiving the product.​

PRICING

Prices shown are in New Zealand dollars. We reserve the right to change or alter prices of any item or service at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to reject an order for any reason, or if a product is unavailable or there is an error in the pricing or error description posted on our website or error in your order.

 

WARRANTY

The goods are covered by warranty for any defective workmanship and material. Warranties will cover goods that have not been modified or used for purpose other than specified by the manufacturers. Warranty is valid for 12months from purchase.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Minimum 24 hours notice of order cancellation required. Notification for instance, in person, via email, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing.
